Get you started for your first two weeks of your programme
Fortnightly visitsover 12-weeks will support your progress. These visits will give you an opportunity to discuss how things are going, and talk through your progress with your facilitator. They also help you learn about a new, healthier approach to food. At these visits, we will answer any questions you may have about food, cooking, and healthy eating.
Refresh adds even more delicious and healthy foods to your diet. If you would like to continue to enjoy new recipes, meal plans, and support from us at Taste Success, then the Refresh programme is for you. Refresh builds on and compliments the Taste Success Foundation programme.
