Get you started for your first two weeks of your programme
Fortnightly visitsover 12-weeks will support your progress. These visits will give you an opportunity to discuss how things are going, and talk through your progress with your facilitator. They also help you learn about a new, healthier approach to food. At these visits, we will answer any questions you may have about food, cooking, and healthy eating.
The Taste Success Foundation Recipe Book will provide you with over 100 easy, tasty and satisfying recipes. You will also receive the Taste Success Programme Guide (in the back of your recipe book) will provide you with some great background to the principles of the programme, lots of quality nutritional and lifestyle tips to help you make great choices along the way.
