Webinar Covid Calm - Eating for Immunity
In this brave new world, we need brave new ways of being that support our wellbeing. We may be working with a more restricted budget, having to cater for more people, be juggling work and home-life, and have increased worries and poor sleep. This may be on top of other underlying health issues. This is quite a combination, so the aim of this seminar series is to give you some practical, easy strategies to support you through this time.
Your presenter is Tracey Loughran, a qualified Naturopath and Clinical Nutritionist of many years clinical experience. Tracey presents on a wide variety of health topics, always with a good research foundation, an easy to understand approach, lots of practical tips you can actually use, and with good humour!
She has written this seminar series specifically for the current situation we find ourselves in with New Zealand in lockdown. She has tailored the topics to be practical and helpful to you and those you find yourself cohabiting with (she is not saying “loved ones” on purpose…no assumptions here!).
Each seminar will air at 4pm weekly and will be available to download for attendees that cannot make that time. $10 per session!
