Inside this book you will find over 130 recipes, all based off the intention of promoting good gut health. These days, it is so commonplace to struggle with allergies, digestive issues or stress related gut issues and we understand these frustrations. We wanted to create a book that went beyond just recipes – inside you will find information from Naturopath, Tracey Loughran, on how the gut actually works and why we choose the foods we do. Tracey has developed a strong reputation for quality nutrition and Naturopathic advice over fourteen years in practice. She consults both in NZ and overseas.
The recipes are Naturopath approved and were created by raw chef and recipe developer, Olivia Odey. Olivia is passionate about helping people fall in love with creating food that makes them feel good, doing so in a cost effective, simple way.
