Juices are a key part of our Taste Success Skin Programme for supporting a skin healing journey. Once you are in the habit of making them for yourself each morning you will wonder why you haven’t done this before! Make time for this important routine each morning and you will be rewarded. We recommend our clients choose a juice recipe for every day of their skin cleanse.
Note: if you can’t get your fruits and veggies organic, then make sure you wash them and peel them well, or soak them in a mix of 1 tsp apple cider vinegar to 1 cup water for 1⁄4 hour before using.
Skin Hydrating Juice
1⁄4 red cabbage
1 cm ginger
1⁄2 lime or lemon
Wash, peel and chop the vegetables and fruit into small pieces that can easily fit down the juice chute. Juice all ingredients and enjoy fresh or within 24 hours for best flavour.
