Drink your breakfast and while getting a serving of greens at the same time!
Green Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients: (Serves 2)
1 C spinach
1 tsp ginger (fresh and finely grated)
1 apple (peeled)
1 pear (peeled) 1 banana
1 C water
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. You may wish to pop in the fridge for a little bit to cool if you prefer a cold smoothie. If there is leftover, take it with you for morning tea.
