4 Tbsp tahini (we use Chantal Organics brand for this recipe as it gives the best texture!)
Soak dates for 5-10 minutes in hot water. In a food processor, pulse dates and walnuts together first until combined. Then add everything else and blend until a sticky mixture is formed. You should be able to press it into a shape in your hands without it crumbling. Press into a baking dish and set in the fridge before cutting into bars.
